John 7:38 Whoever believes in me, as the scripture has said, streams of living water will flow from within him.”

Depending on where you live, the sun in the Summertime can be too hot to trot in movable actions and when there is no water available the heat is unbearable in unthinkable ways. Is oppression the word you are thinking right now about desert heat? No. You are thinking about a drink of water. Water is nourishment to the body as the Spirit is connected to soul issues.

The verse "rivers of living water . . . and that, is the Spirit, involves God's presence in a way unexpected at times and yet needed. Water is a lifeline. No one is supposed to exist beyond a week without it. So when considering the Spirit of God, the comparison of the flow from the heart. There the Spirit dwells and flows through the believer and refreshes the individual, the person, and the one in need of the essence of God.

We live in times where restoration and continued balance is needed for everyday routines and schedules. Based on daily challenges "too hot to trot" can seem deep and lingering. Making a decision in discovering what your rivers of living water experience should be, ask God, and ask yourself reflectively. What is the condition of my heart? How does the Spirit affect the heart?

Here are experiential examples when considering the level flow of the condition of the heart:

• Is fussing at everyone a mainstay in your life? Managing and guiding personal presence in regard to mental and emotional routines along with your spiritual life (faith).

• Do you recognize what joy means and represents to you? Being content with self and contentment in your home and with God is personal.

• Do you understand what giving means? Using your gifts and resources to share with others when it is time, needed, and necessary.

Points to conclude:

John 7:38 Whoever believes in me, as the scripture has said, streams of living water will flow from within him.” As we adjust to the heat during the summer time and think of cooling off and managing our level of hydration, let us beware of how God works in our hearts through rising anger, income concerns, and struggles. In addition, let us join Him where He is at work and enjoy relating to God in the Holy Spirit with prayer, praise

songs, and the appreciation of joys in everyday living.

Have a blessed summer,
