March: Visited the Texas Campaign for the Environment during the 3rd Monday in March 2024. The event held, offered and opportunity to inform the community of challenging efforts in the community to beware and informed about environmental concerns that effect personal and corporate discussions among persons that can be affected regarding important emphases in sharing mandatory, issues. My purpose here is to share as a concerned resident in and of a community. Creating awareness through discussions can assist with making refineries, beaches, residential waters, and the management of flood districts in cities areas. Although the companies are not ministries, they are concerned about Health & Wellness. References: T.E.J.A.S. Texas Environmental Advocacy Services, Turtle Island Restoration Network Fighting for a Blue-Green Planet, and South wings Conservation for Aviation. A wonderful addition was the stage music that kept the vibe for walking through complimentary to the presentation and the refreshments were added in additionally. The Planet we live in matters. As we plant and row food, sanitize, water, and breath fresh air, we can have one less thing to worry about. Hope: As the community works with those who have the monies perhaps grants written and purposed will be expressive of beneficial outcomes in longevity of living life.
February: Cycling can seem tedious at times. but working out a simple schedule can be beneficial. Sometimes riding periodically through the neighborhood opposite of traffic allows for safety. Note: I recently, viewed new digital signs promoting direction and safety for bicyclists. Remember: If outdoor cycling and renting a bicycle is not for you. Ride your stationary bicycle indoors. It just as good, especially if you watch television, listen to music, or listen to an audio book.
January: Get set, ready, and go to your favorite exercise and if you do not exercise walk in place 5 minutes
at a time. These videos are design to share common foods and products and those you may consider.

April was full of WALKING! Glad to get in a lot of walking whether I wanted to or not.
March was walking and catching up on Spring Break Shopping needs and errands.
February added a stretch class, stationary bicycle class, and online aerobics along with walking.
January was filled with leisure walking.
